General description:
Except our standard cutter suction dredger, we also manufacture custom- made cutter suction dredgers for our clients. The most remarkable characteristic with Dual-dredge pumps. Both of them are same model centrifugal pumps. The 1st pump is installed on the cutter ladder, the 2nd pump is installed inside the main pontoon. The sand mixture goes into the 1st pump from the suction pipe, then pumped into the 2nd pump by the middle pipe, and finally discharged to floating pipelines by 2nd pump.

The advantage is the dredging depth will be increased, and can improve working capacity. Improve the working efficiency, enabling customers to benefit expanded.
Product introduction:
(1)The dredger is self-propelled or non self-propelled
(2)The hull is box-like structure, is made up of several boxes, simple, rapid assembly and dismantling.
(3)The dredger equipment include sideslip device, cutter up and down device, location spud device, deck crane and so on, also be equipped with anchor boom and trolley devices to increase capacity.
(4)Widely used in sand-excavating, river dredging, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, port construction and more.
(5)The main engine is an independent entrainment form, one main pump engine, one auxiliary hydraulic engine.
(6)The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.
(7)The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and lighting of the whole dredger. Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesnĄ¯t working.
(8)The hydraulic oil pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine.
(9)The shifting winches, cutter ladder and lifting winch are driven by the hydraulic motor.
